Roof cladding in insulated composite sheets, with box profile outer skin. Vertical cladding in insulated, flat composite sheets, to give smooth outer finish. Insulated cavity brickwork below cladding. The building fitted out with ground floor sales area, toilets, etc and storage above. The yard area levelled and laid in tarmac, including all drainage and connection to services.
