Industrial building, built as a multi-purpose unit for the client to rent out. 36m long, 24m wide, 8m high to eaves. Cladding is in composite sheets, the roof is PVC coated box profile steel sheets with 80mm thick insulation. The roof of the building overhangs at each end and each side, to form a “Shadow-line”. The vertical cladding is flat composite sheets, with metallic silver outer finish. The gutters are PVC coated pressed steel, to match the cladding.

Doors are electrically operated, sectional overheads, with PVC coated outer skin. The personnel doors and windows have security shutters over them. All doors and shutters are in a contrasting colour.

Using sub-contractors, we have completed the building with floors, brick walls, internal offices and toilets.
