Pear Tree School

Cladding the roof of a building. The building was built up in block work and render by others, the roof was formed in timber. The roof cladding is a built up system in box profile steel outer sheets over fibre glass insulation. The vertical cladding is flat, pvc coated insulated composite sheets. The verge between the roof and verticals has an aluminium "Bull-nose" flashing, with a hidden gutter at the low side.
