MOT Station, Flookburgh

Development of a new building for a workshop and MOT bay. 30m long, 16.5m wide, 5m high to eaves. Steel portal frame, painted green. Roof and vertical cladding in insulated composite sheets, with PVC coated box profile outer skin and smooth white liner. Insulated cavity block work below the cladding. All the flashings around the corners and the doors are in a contrasting colour, to break up the lines of the cladding and reduce its visual impact. The gutters are in matching PVC coated pressed steel.
