Development of new club house. Roof cladding in insulated composite sheets, with box profile outer skin. Vertical cladding in fibre cement boards, fixed in horizontal lap board effect. The boards fixed over composite sheets to provide insulation. Insulated cavity brickwork below the cladding. Balcony in the high section of the building, to form a viewing area. The surrounding area laid out in paving and tarmac.
