Industrial Buildings: Framework & Cladding case studies
Ducky’s Park Farm
Ducky’s Park Farm
Two buildings for a children’s activity centre and open farm in the Lake District. Both constructed with a steel portal frame. The building with the windows, is clad in insulated composite sheets, with PVC box profile outer skin and smooth white liner. The other building has a natural grey, profile six fibre cement roof and vertical cladding in box profile sheets. The close up shot shows that the vertical sheets are in “Forward Profile”. Although on a farm, the buildings are designed to industrial standard, because members of the public are using them.
