Development of buildings, split into individual units for leasing out. Roof and vertical cladding in insulated composite sheets, with PVC coated box profile outer layer. Colour and detail of cladding to customer’s requirement. Cavity brickwork below the cladding. Doors and windows supplied. Each unit fitted with office and toilet.
