Development of three buildings for potato store, grading building, grain store and workshop.

The potato store and grading area, 54m long in nine bays, 25m wide, 6m high to eaves, with a division between the two. The workshop is fixed to the side of the potato store, 30m long, 15m wide, 6m high to eaves. The grain store stands separate, 30m long, 18m wide, 6m high to eaves.

Cladding on all the buildings is in composite sheets, consisting of PVC coated box profile steel sheets with insulation. The insulation on the potato store is 100mm thick to the roof, 80mm thick to the sides, the insulation on the other buildings is 40mm thick. The gutters are PVC coated pressed steel, to match the cladding. There is an insulated division wall between the potato store and the grading area.

Main access doors are electrically operated, sectional overheads, with PVC coated outer skin to match the cladding. Personnel access doors are powder coated steel, with multi-point locking system.

The grain store and the potato store both have pre-stressed concrete panels to a height of 3m, fixed internally, to take the thrust load of the crop stored against them.
